Domestic Shipping
We process and prepare all orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times depend on the shipping service you select at checkout. We offer a variety of USPS and UPS shipping services. Please use the following averages and maps to calculate typical USPS shipping times per service (originating zip code is 01257):
- USPS Ground Advantage (choose USPS Ground Advantage between 1-70 lbs; typically 2-5 business days)
- USPS Priority (typically 1-3 business days)
- USPS Ground (typically 2-8 business days)
- USPS Priority Express (typically overnight)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not have the capabilities to ship products free of charge outside of the 48 Contiguous United States.
We suggest that you check out Bongo at https://bongous.com/. With Bongo, you can create an American address. Your product(s) can be shipped to your Bongo address for forwarding to your country.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Please note that sales items are final sale and cannot be refunded pr exchanged. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To start a return, please contact us at smartworks.design[at]gmail.com to receive detailed instructions and to specify whether you prefer a refund or exchange. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the parcel.
